14-day right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

How to return

Email hello.lelijoon@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Send the piece back, unworn and in its original packaging, within 14 days of telling us. Return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the piece, we refund the original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs we charged on the original order are also refunded (standard rate).

Exceptions

Bespoke and custom pieces, made specifically for you, are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty items

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
