1. Our pieces

Every Joon piece is handmade and one-of-one. Small variations in finish, weight and size are part of the work and are not defects.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase. The order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Prices include VAT where applicable and exclude shipping unless stated.

3. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe at the time of checkout. We accept the cards and wallets listed at checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship from London and Bamberg to the UK and all EU countries. Estimated dispatch time is 7–10 working days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination.

5. Returns

6. Bespoke and custom orders

Bespoke pieces are made to your specification and are non-refundable except where faulty.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the piece.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
